SAP HANA:

ü        Min 5 years of experience on data warehousing/BI.

ü        Strong hands-on knowledge in SAP HANA and BW.

ü        Experience in 1 SAP HANA implementations / pilots.

ü        Experience in connecting to various source systems with HANA – SAP/Non-SAP.

ü        Hands-on experience in SAP HANA/BW/BO.

ü        Helping the client in evaluating multiple solution options and designing the best solution.

ü        Develop Proofs-of-concept and demos for specific business/technology scenarios.

ü        Lead design, development, implementation and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.

ü        Lead Integration/System/UA testing, Cutover, Deployment and Post-implementation support.

ü        Work with inter-disciplinary teams like System admins, DBA's, Business Analysts, Reporting/BI developers, ETL experts, etc. 

ü        Execute migration from traditional DWH to HANA e.g. migration from BW to BW on HANA.

ü        Support estimations, staffing and solutions for pre-sales and proposals.

ü        Guide SAP HANA/BW/BO technical team for design, fine tuning and troubleshooting.

ü        Review and QA deliverables of the team.

ü        Plan, organize and prioritize team activities and deliverables.

 

SAP HANA Enterprise Edition with hands-on experience in as many of the following items as possible:

•         HANA in-memory columnar row store DB

•         HANA Calculation Engine

•         HANA Replication Engine

•         HANA Data Streaming / Event Streaming

•         HANA XS Engine

•         HANA Multi-Tier-Storage

•         Hadoop connectors / interface

•         Some level of HANA administration

•         Bulk loading data into HANA programmatically

•         Modeling of data within HANA
